COPYRIGHT

I reserve full copyright of works created, including prints. If you have commissioned an original portrait, you have my blessing to use the digital file I send you for final approval for uploading to sites that will create personal stationery or other products for you.  Please retain my signature in the design.

 

DEPOSITS

In order to secure a booking and lock-in current pricing, I require an upfront 50% deposit. You can also choose to make one initial payment in full. Upon approval of the portrait, final payment must be made prior to shipment or local pickup.

Acceptable payment forms are PayPal, or Credit Card.

LEAD TIME

Upon booking, I will give an estimate of when I believe the portrait can be finished. I can generally turn a project around in two -four weeks, but lead time varies and is often dependent on the time of year and amount of commissioned projects already in my schedule. If there is a specific date by which you need the artwork, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate special requests.

 

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs will be calculated when you check out.

 

I currently ship only within the United States, via USPS Priority Mail, and all orders are insured against the unlikely event of loss or damage. Orders are generally delivered within 1-4 days, depending on recipient location. Pickup arrangements may also be possible for local orders if you live in the Duluth, Georgia area.

RETURNS:

Due to the customization of each portrait, I do not accept returns. I will do my best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your portrait before it is shipped. For our mutual protection, I insure my packages in the rare event of loss or damage by USPS.

 

TAX: 

Sales tax applies to Georgia residents, and is calculated and added to all product prices at checkout.
